Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Forge of Agents platform ("Service"), operated by AI Business Machines Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Forge of Agents provides a platform for creating, training, and deploying AI agents. Our Service includes agent builders, knowledge base management, conversation interfaces, embedding capabilities, and analytics tools designed for business and personal AI development and human-AI collaboration.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create AI agents that generate harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or malicious activities
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Content and Data Ownership

Payment and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Service continues until the end of your billing period after cancellation
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Business Machines Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and you may request deletion of your data within 30 days.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, the jurisdiction where AI Business Machines Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
